The price is fixed and set at a reasonable price.

How much is the postage fee?
Normal postage: 1st item $1.50, 2nd item $0.50 onwards.
Registered postage: Additional $1.50
*Do Take Note: We will not be responsible for any LOST normal mails.

When should I make the payment?
As soon as you are confirmed with your orders, do make the payment. The items come on 1st come 1st serve basis and are of Limited Stocks.

What kind of payment do you accept?
POSB, Meetup payment.

How do i transfer when there is no account number?
Only confirming your orders, we will then sent you a confirmation email that includes the account number.

When will you mail my item?
As soon the orders are confirmed, the items will be mailed(except on non-working days).
Unless of bulk orders, will the items be taken 2-3weeks to mail.

Do you accept overseas shipping?
Currently not at the moment, will we manage to expand, we will consider.

How long it takes for the item to arrive?
Normal postage will take around 1-3 working days.
Registered postage will take around 3-4 working days.
*Working days will not include weekends and public holidays.

Does the total cost include shipping fee?
The total cost does not include shipping fee. Only orders confirmed, we will then help to calculate the shipping fee in.

Did you choose normal postage? We will not be responsible for lost normal mails.
Did you choose registered postage? Such thing will not happen.

Why is the item received is different from the picture?
The colour variations may differ on different computer settings, and the camera lightings.

All items are checked before we mailed out.
Please take note that items sold are non-refundable nor exchangeable.
Invoices/Receipts will be given upon purchasing and of 1week to be voiced out from the date of received item.

Refunds are only to be made if item is Out-Of-Stock within 2weeks.

All clothes are freesize otherwise measurement will be stated.

Meetups are only of Payments. Unless less than 3items, or instocks will we consider of meetups.

We will try our best to reply within 24hrs during working days. Weekends may be slower.
