We will inspect the items before mailing out or being collected on the day of payment. We will refund or exchange any defected items if it is being emailed to me with the photos within 3days of notification after purchase. Postage charges for all exchanges will be bear by the buyer. Customers are to make sure items are being packed securely and sealed properly when mailed. We will not be responsible for any lost mails.
Exchanges are only considered for manufacturers' defects.
Unvalid reasons for exchanges:
1) Personal dislike, change of mind after purchase
2)Slight colour differences as colours may differ slightly from the variations of monitor's colour management), wrinkles
3)Deliberate damage of accessories will not be considered as an exchange.
